“One Team, One Goal” mentality for all facility staff. As an in-house rehab team member, you will be an employee of the facility and as such, you will be able to attend all facility events, trainings and any other unified tasks directed by the facility administration.
Duties
- Assist occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises, activities of daily living (ADLs), and mobility training.
- Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring accurate records are maintained in accordance with medical standards.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and safety measures.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes, including participation in interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients during therapy sessions.
- Stay updated on best practices in occupational therapy, medical terminology, and relevant regulations.

Pay: $42.00 - $50.00 per hour
