Mission Essential seeks a Maritime Intelligence Specialist to support the Kennedy Maritime Analysis Center (KMAC) in providing quality all-source analysis expertise and operational electronic intelligence (OpELINT) support to Maritime Domain Awareness efforts.
The selected candidate will analyze foreign civil maritime activities and assets, including merchant vessels, cargo movements, fisheries / marine resources, territorial seas, and related claims. They will also provide status updates on vessel locations to ONI assigned MDA common intelligence and operational pictures (CIP/COP) applications and databases.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing foreign naval air, surface, undersea warfare, and naval infantry / amphibious / expeditionary forces and associated operations.
- Producing all-source analytical production on foreign naval air, surface, undersea warfare, and naval infantry / amphibious / expeditionary forces and associated operations.
Requirements include:
- At least 1 year of experience with the Intelligence Community GALE system.
- At least 1 year of experience with NSA's WRANGLER database or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience as an ELINT specialist and at least 2 years of experience with OPINTEL analysis and identification.
