What are the responsibilities and job description for the Naval Warfare Analyst position at Mission Essential?
Mission Essential is looking for a skilled Naval Warfare Analyst to join our team at the Kennedy Maritime Analysis Center (KMAC).
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to produce high-quality all-source analysis and operational electronic intelligence (OpELINT) support to Maritime Domain Awareness efforts.
Duties will include:
- Conducting research and analysis on foreign civil maritime activities and assets.
- Providing status updates on vessel locations to ONI assigned MDA common intelligence and operational pictures (CIP/COP) applications and databases.
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of foreign naval air, surface, undersea warfare, and naval infantry / amphibious / expeditionary forces and associated operations.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
