Base Pay/Salary: $65,000 to $89,000/year.
Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

- Manages a book of business and pipeline of leads that will generate a consistent stream of member growth opportunities.
- Cultivates relationships with existing partners within the School Districts and local organizations and identifies opportunities to partner with new schools and local organizations.
- Represents MFCU and presents on behalf of MFCU within the community and at various events.
- Partners with the branch network team and branches to identify new membership growth opportunities and to develop existing memberships.
- Develops and executes a business plan to ensure future membership growth and community outreach.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with a proven track record.
- 3 years of business development and/or relationship management experience required.
- Ability to attend community events before and after standard business hours, including nights and weekends.

- Hybrid environment. Remote up to 2 days (some weeks may require more onsite days based on what’s happening in the business) after an initial 90 days onsite.
