Guaranteed $600/week est. 20 hours per week Bonus Opportunity

Mission Field is setting up a test market with select Walmart stores in the Atlanta market to test a new food product. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic retail merchandiser/driver to be our primary source to deliver, stock and manage refrigerated food test products in a small territory of 12-15 Walmart store locations in the Atlanta area from late May to late September (Approximately). The successful candidate will act as the face of our client and be a highly capable, trustworthy, and reliable retail merchandiser/driver and manage the retail aspect of this consumer product test market.

Ideal Skill Set Requirements:

· Retail merchandising, experience delivering/selling to grocery stores

· Self-starter with the ability to work independently under the direction of a Mission Field supervisor

· Attention to detail and quality of work

· Anticipate challenges and alert Mission Field team to any impending risks

· Initiative to identify and solve problems

· Acts with a sense of urgency

Required:

· Must have Previous retailer merchandising experience and/or experience with grocery store merchandising

· Access to a car, has a valid driver's license

· Comfortable driving an SUV/Van (supplied by Mission Field)

· Ability to communicate by text, email, and video conference in a professional manner

· Own his/her own smart phone to access our MF app and ability to take pictures

· Computer with MS Office

· Internet access with a personal email account

· Physical ability to lift cases of product (up to 50 lbs.) and stock shelving

Time, Compensation and Job Responsibilities

Temporary assignment starts late May through late September (Approximately)

Visit a local warehouse 1-2 x week and load product in Mission Field owned van and deliver/merchandise 12-15 Walmart store locations in the Atlanta area

Visit each store 1-2 times per week to track and replenish of product

· On each visit restock product, check signage and other duties as requested
· Most of the store visits will be mornings or early afternoon on weekdays
· Occasional weekend hours may be required
· Weekly conference calls with supervisor are required
· Schedule is an average of 20 hours per week @ $30.00 per hour
· Compensation is guaranteed $600.00 per week which is paid 2x month
· Successful completion of the project earns you a bonus!

Employment may be contingent upon Mission Field’s receipt of an acceptable and job-related drug test, motor vehicle report, and/or reference check, as applicable and permissible by law.
