Responsibilities:
- Providing incredible customer service, both in person and over the phone, by customers’ requests, being energetic and empathic with situations and striving to meet each customer’s expectations and needs.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Using best practices when performing steps in the purchasing process, including correctly inputting information into computer system and communication with the parts/service department on what is needed to complete a sale.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Demonstrate how vehicles work by using available resources.
Qualifications:
- Requires a passion for sales and being around people.
- A two or four-year degree is preferred, and/or 3 to 5 years’ experience in sales is required.
- Experience with the golf cart/powersports industry is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to quickly learn about key selling features and benefits.
- Experience in Outlook, Excel and Windows based software is critical to success.
- Good communication skills and organizational skills are required.
- A team player is required. Success in business is never achieved by acting alone.
- Work hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm; some Saturdays may be required.

Work Environment:
- Continuous interaction with customers and co-workers in a fast-paced environment.
- Typical motions include repetitive walking, bending and lifting, loading and unloading trucks.
- Responsible for moving and lifting an average of 1-25 pounds with a maximum weight lifted of 35 pounds rarely.
- May be exposed to various allergens.
- Work involves frequent use of a computer and telephone.
