Position is embedded in the Olson Huff Developmental Behavioral Center within Mission Reuter Childrens Outpatient Center. Exclusively working with childres with developmental and behavioral needs. The Mental Health Provider (LCSW) in this setting is working as part of a multidisciplianry team, that has a goal of providing the highest level of compassionate care, directly working with children and families in this space.

Mental Health Provider (LCSW)
Job Summary: Supports department by functioning as a member of an integrated health care team, and by collaborating and coordinating with medical and rehabilitation staff as the primary clinical provider of counseling services to patients and their families. Also, by performing counseling services, which will include family assessments, treatment planning and an emphasis on brief psychotherapeutic interventions.
Required Education: Masters Degree in Social Work
Preferred Education: None
Required License: Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker, State of North Carolina with the ability to bill Medicaid
Preferred License: LCSW
Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years postgraduate experience.
Preferred Experience: 5 years of post graduate experience providing psychotherapy to children adolescents, and families.
