- Revisit/DC visit: $95

- Recertification visit: $110

- Discharge Oasis: $100

- Evaluation: $100

Requirements for joining our team include:

- Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program & state licensure

- Minimum of one (1) year of experience

- Current CPR certification

- Valid driver's license and insured automobile
