Position Details
Pay: Starting at $104,000/year, negotiable, under a Per Visit (PPV) model.
Coverage Areas: Salem, McMinnville, and Corvallis (travel required).

Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy services per a physician's written plan of care.
Help patients relieve pain, restore function, and achieve maximum performance.
Direct and guide patients in therapeutic exercises, transfer activities, prosthetic training, and more.
Maintain clinical records and notes in a timely manner.
Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
Requirements
Licensed Physical Therapist in Oregon.
Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
At least one (1) year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
Current CPR certification.
Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle.
