DETAILS: You are charged with managing the production and inventory of all frozen desserts, ingredients, and processes. You will partner with the owner/chef to produce menu items, while being responsible for food cost, labor cost, and profitability. The bakery and ice cream maker is also a kitchen production manager and will direct others in the various prep tasks. There are advancement opportunities for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
- Prepare Ice Creams and Sorbets
- Prepare and Bake all Cookies, Brownies, Cakes, and Pastries
- Prepare all Bakery Menu Items
- Prepare Ice Cream Bases
- Maintain Cleanliness and Organization of all Kitchen and Storage Areas
- Direct other Team Members in Kitchen Prep
- Ordering Ingredients
- Manage Inventory
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
