Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties:

Home Health: Nurses work with patients who are home-bound by assessing their condition, evaluating performance of tasks, monitoring vital signs, reviewing medications and the patient's ability to administer, dress/redress wounds, educating on proper home health care strategies and procedures, coordinating with other therapies, and charting your observations.

Qualifications:

· Associate degree from an accredited school of nursing.

· Current licensure in state and CPR certification

· Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and it is in good working order.

· Strong organizational and communication skills; self-directed and able to work independently

· Previous home health, but not required.
