What You Will Do in This Role:

• Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Participate in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.

Qualifications

• Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN or advanced degree program within 5 years of hire date into RN position.
• Preferred Education: Master's in Nursing.
• Required License/Certifications: Must have and maintain current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Preferred License/Certifications: National Certification in area of specialty.
• Required Experience: One-year hospital nursing experience.
