What You Will Do in This Role:
- Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Participate in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
Qualifications
- Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN or advanced degree program within 5 years of hire date into RN position.
- Preferred Education: Master's in Nursing.
- Required License/Certifications: Must have and maintain current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Preferred License/Certifications: National Certification in area of specialty.
- Required Experience: One-year hospital nursing experience.
