- Additionally, this position supports the facility's efforts to enhance engagement by operationalizing current nursing strategies.
- You will provide recommendations on interviewing, selecting, and training new staff to ensure a cohesive team environment.
- Assistance with staff scheduling is also an essential aspect of this role.
- This position manages all practical aspects of staff labor according to patient care needs and established productivity guidelines.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN or advanced degree program with a commitment to obtaining a BSN within five years from the hire date into an RN position is required.
- Grandfathering between departments and Mission Health entities will be accepted.
- A Master's degree in Nursing is desirable.
- Maintaining current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing is mandatory.
- A Certificate in BLS Healthcare Provider is necessary.
- One year of nursing experience is required.
