What You Will Do
As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) in the Emergency Department, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care and outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient-centered care.
- Participating in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, in collaboration with other members of the management team.
You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and operational efficiency. Your expertise and guidance will help to promote a positive and supportive work environment, where nurses feel valued and empowered to deliver exceptional care.
Requirements
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required within 90 days of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
