We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Trial Attorney with Plaintiff's Personal Injury experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law (including the ability to manage their own docket and first chair trial experience), exceptional negotiation skills, and a commitment to providing compassionate client service.

Responsibilities

Manage a docket of clients with personal injury cases, including drunk driving accidents, commercial vehicle crashes, and wrongful death claims.
Take and defend depositions.
Argue substantive hearings before trial court judges.
Mediate and resolve serious personal injury cases
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout the legal process..

Qualifications

Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Active membership in the Texas State Bar.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal injury litigation, with trial experience preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

Compassionate approach to client relations and a commitment to achieving justice.
