As we expand our digital footprint to achieve our next phase of growth, we are excited to create a new role for a Director of Paid Search. This individual will be instrumental in driving our growth strategy by developing and managing our online SEM efforts.
Job Description
Mission Loans is seeking an experienced, hands-on Director of Paid Search to develop, manage, and grow the company’s SEM and digital acquisition program. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEM strategies and tactics and a proven track record of scaling efficient, high-intent customer acquisition programs. This newly created role will help Mission Loans achieve the next chapter of growth and be instrumental in shaping the future brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Campaign Development : Develop and implement an integrated paid search strategy designed to drive new mortgage client acquisition. Align campaign objectives with overall business goals and market trends.
- Data-Driven Optimization : Analyze campaign performance data (CPC, CTR, CPL, conversion rates, ROAS, etc.) to refine keyword strategies, bid management, ad copy, and landing page effectiveness, ensuring optimal ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with creative, telephony, analytics, product, and sales teams to ensure a consistent client experience, full-funnel management, and a comprehensive test-and-learn approach to performance management.
- Platform Management : Oversee SEM efforts across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, and as well as other digital solutions as necessary, remaining current with updates, changes, and emerging trends.
- Budget Oversight : Manage budgets, forecasting, and ongoing ROI analyses to ensure efficient allocation of resources and alignment to changing business needs.
- Team Leadership : Serve as a subject matter expert for the team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning.
- Market and Competitor Analysis : Monitor industry trends, competitive strategies, and market shifts to proactively adjust campaigns, maintaining a competitive edge in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
- Ongoing Testing : Design, implement, and manage ongoing testing of strategies, tactics, and experiences to deliver optimal performance.
- Reporting and Insights : Deliver regular, detailed performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, using insights to guide future initiatives.
