Mission Loans is seeking a Production Team lead As a Production Team Lead, your primary mission is to deliver a best-in-class customer experience by assisting customers in evaluating their financial situation, selecting the most suitable loan product, and guiding them through the mortgage loan process to ensure timely closings. Additionally, you will mentor and manage a team of 3-10 Loan Officers who report to you while also maintaining your loan production responsibilities.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver a best-in-class customer experience to all customers.
- Contact customers through inbound and outbound calls via company-provided leads and marketing resources.
- Assess customer needs and financial situations and structure loan offers to help guide customers in selecting the best loan product.
- Accurately input borrower information for a complete loan application and maintain an accurate borrower profile within the CRM and/or LOS throughout the loan transaction.
- Collect borrower qualification documentation and review it to verify that the supporting documentation matches the application, ensuring a complete loan submission for processing.
- Communicate clearly, frequently, and effectively with borrowers to seamlessly guide them through the loan process.
- Partner with customer relationship managers to resolve problems, qualification issues, or conditions throughout the production and fulfillment process.
- Operate with the goal of meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
- Operate in a manner that promotes loan quality and compliance with lending laws.
- Maintain loan production and quality performance at or above the required goals.
- Manage 3-10 Loan Officers.
- Performance management to ensure each team member meets daily, weekly, and monthly production expectations.
- Train, coach, and mentor Loan Officers.
- Escalation point for customers or operations on loan level issues.

- Licensed Loan Originator compliant with NMLS SAFE Act and actively hold 3 or more licenses.
- 2-3 years of recent and concurrent DTC Mortage sales experience
- Extensive knowledge in the following loan programs/products: conventional, FHA, VA, refinance, and purchase (a plus - Jumbo, Non-QM).
- Demonstrated expertise in properly stucturing and pricing loan products with accuracy and compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word.
- Experience with Byte is a plus.
- Bilingual (reading, writing, speaking) in Spanish is a plus.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
