Senior Mortgage Loan Officer

Mission Loans is seeking experienced Non-QM Senior Mortgage Loan Officers to join our remote team! As a Non-QM Lending Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional customer experience. Your primary mission will be to assist clients in assessing their financial situations, selecting the most suitable loan products, and guiding them through the mortgage loan process to ensure timely closings. Essential functions:

• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience to all customers
• Contact customers through inbound and outbound calls via company-provided leads and marketing resources
• Assess customer needs and financial situation and structure loan offers to help guide the customer to select the best loan product for them
• Accurately input borrower information for a complete loan application and continue to maintain an accurate borrower profile within the CRM &/or LOS throughout the loan transaction
• Collect borrower qualification documentation and review to verify that supporting documentation matches the application to ensure a complete loan submission to processing
• Communicate, frequently, and effectively with borrowers to seamlessly guide them through the loan process
• Partner with customer relationship managers to resolve problems, qualification issues or conditions throughout the production and fulfillment process
• Operate to meet and exceed customer expectations
• Operate in a manner that promotes loan quality and compliance with lending laws
• Maintain loan production and quality performance at or above required goals

Education and experience required:

• Licensed Loan Originator compliant with NMLS SAFE Act and actively holds 4 or more licenses
• 2-3 years of sales experience in a high-volume call center
• Ability to correctly and accurately structure and price loans
• Extensive knowledge in Non-QM products, (Conventional, government, refinance and purchase, HELOC, & Seconds is a plus!)
• Basic proficiency in Google Workspace
• Bilingual (read, write, speak) in Spanish, a plus

Compensation: 16/hr Commissions
