About the Position
This role will be joining the Program Development team to support providing advisory services to existing and new clients that are developing their mobile healthcare programs. Mission Mobile Medical has developed a Mobile Healthcare Program Framework that is integrated with advisory services to guide organizations through the process of building successful and sustainable programs. This position will work directly with Behavioral Health programs that include Mobile Methadone Treatment, Medication Assisted Treatment, Behavioral Healthcare Integration, and Harm Reduction Services.
General Tasks

Assist in the planning, execution, and expansion of mobile healthcare services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and community needs.

Provide guidance to mobile healthcare teams on best practices, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

Monitor program performance through data collection and analysis.

Engage in webinar and training opportunities to enhance the knowledge surrounding different facets of mobile healthcare programs.

Collaborate with healthcare organizations (Federally Qualified Health Centers, government, hospitals, universities, and non-profits) to improve and expand Program Development offerings.

Identify and establish new clients for Program Development services.

Collaborate with the Program Development team to revise and design new materials for our clients engaging in advisory services.
Knowledge & Skills

Understanding of mobile healthcare operations, policies, and community health needs

Ability to navigate the state requirements for licensing and regulatory compliance for MOUD and MAT treatment

Ability to research state specific regulations, rules, and guidance

Ability to collaborate with local officials such as the DEA, DOH, and DOP when and as appropriate

Ability to coach and train in the Behavioral healthcare space with a patient centered approach

Strong organization, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to analyze program data and implement improvements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in public health, health administration, business administration or another related field

Minimum 2 years of experience working on a mobile clinic program is preferred. Experience leading a mobile healthcare program is a plus.
