About the Position:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dispensary Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our cannabis retail store, ensuring regulatory compliance, effective inventory management, and exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills to effectively guide and support a small team while maintaining a high-quality retail experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inventory counts at least biweekly, promptly addressing any discrepancies.

• Collect and process orders, prepare products for packaging, and ensure items are labeled accurately.

• Maintain compliance standards throughout product handling and assist with packaging and labeling as needed.

• Keep the sales floor well-stocked, clean, and organized to provide a welcoming environment.

• Review and update financial reports, ensuring cash drops are accurate and well-documented.

• Handle cash transactions with accuracy, providing correct change and completing cash drops after each shift.

• Provide knowledgeable product recommendations and ensure accurate sales transactions through the POS system.

• Address and resolve any POS-related issues promptly.

• Maintain high standards of customer service, proactively addressing customer concerns or issues.

• Lead and manage a small team, providing coaching, positive reinforcement, and corrective actions when necessary.

• Conduct performance reviews and facilitate team meetings to align on goals and expectations.

• Address and resolve conflicts between customers and staff professionally and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Experience:

• 5 years in customer service and/or sales.

• 3 years managing staff.

• Skills:

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional accuracy in handling cash and inventory management.

• Effective communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor employees.

• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude and integrity.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Dependable and punctual with the ability to follow instructions and collaborate as a team player.

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the cannabis industry.

• Possession of a Montana marijuana worker’s permit.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
