Main Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service according to company standards, ensuring every guest feels valued and satisfied.
- Effectively expedite food from the kitchen to ensure seamless delivery to guests.
- Inspect each dish prior to delivery, ensuring it meets recipes and company quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Complete daily and weekly side work on a consistent and thorough basis.
Accountabilities:
- Address all guests in a positive and professional manner, promoting company standards in providing quality product and service.
- Take all actions with the guest's best interest in mind, to build new business and avoid complaints.
Requirements:
- Read, understand and speak English fluently, able to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Able to coordinate, organize and remember details, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Able to stand for an eight-hour shift, lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.
