- Provides exceptional guest service according to the training manual's outlined expectations.
- Completes all tasks necessary to prepare the restaurant for service prior to pre-shift.
- Evaluates entire table orders before delivering food to ensure timely completion.
- Communicates with team members regarding any guest requests or concerns.
- Delivers food promptly following proper table and seat numbers.
- Inspects each dish prior to delivery to guarantee it meets recipes and company quality standards.
- Effectively expedites food from the kitchen in a timely manner.
- Maintains a clean work environment at all times.
- Completes daily and weekly side work thoroughly and consistently.
- Assists other team members as needed and completes tasks assigned by management.
- Informs management of any problems, complaints from guests, or issues with other team members.
- Fulfills all company policies as outlined in the company handbook.

Requirements
- Reads, understands, and speaks English fluently, able to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Covers shifts that require standing for up to eight hours.
- Lifts up to 50 pounds safely and efficiently.
- Reaches above head and bends to place items on the floor or low shelves.
- Climbs stairs and ladders with ease.
- Works effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Functions at a consistently fast pace in a dynamic, potentially loud environment.
