The Line Cook position at Mission On Fire requires a skilled individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing food to order, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and responding to guest requests.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Prepare food according to recipes, procedures, and standards, within allowable time guidelines.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensure all kitchen areas are sanitized and safe for our guests.
- Guest Interaction: Respond to all guests' special requests in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Language Skills: Able to read and understand English.
- Physical Abilities: Able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds (bags/boxes) and carry short distances.
- Standing and Walking: Able to stand and walk during 8-10-hour shift.
