Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely delivery of food following proper table and seat numbers.
- Communicate with team members regarding any guest requests or concerns.
- Inspects each dish prior to delivery, ensuring it meets recipes and company quality standards.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Meet or exceed food delivery times, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the work area.
Requirements:
- Read, understand and speak English fluently, able to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Able to coordinate, organize and remember details, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Able to stand for an eight-hour shift, lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Able to work as part of a team for the benefit of the guest, fostering a collaborative environment.
