Your Role : A Day in the Life of an RN Supervisor

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to deliver exceptional care. Your key responsibilities will include :

• Team Leadership : Supervise and mentor LPNs, CNAs, and clinical staff to ensure the highest standard of care and professional growth.
• Collaborative Care : Work closely with physicians, nursing staff, and leadership to create and implement tailored care plans.
• Precision and Documentation : Maintain accurate records, review nurses’ notes, and ensure compliance with all documentation protocols.
• Expert Patient Care : Administer medications, start IVs, and interpret diagnostic tests to provide critical insights into patient health.
• Safe, Positive Environment : Foster a supportive workplace culture, addressing concerns proactively and escalating issues to the ADON or DON as needed.
