What You’ll Do
As a RN Nurse Unit Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents. Your responsibilities will include :
- Collaboration : Partner with physicians, nursing staff, and leadership to design and deliver personalized care plans.
- Leadership : Supervise and guide LPNs, CNAs, and clinical support staff, fostering teamwork and excellence in care delivery.
- Documentation : Ensure precise and thorough charting, maintaining accurate and timely records.
- Patient Care : Administer treatments, medications, and IVs with precision and empathy, while monitoring patient progress.
- Evaluation : Assess diagnostic tests to provide actionable insights into patient conditions.
- Work Environment : Champion a positive, respectful, and safe workplace by addressing concerns proactively and maintaining open communication with the ADON and DON.
