What are the responsibilities and job description for the CLINIC EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR position at MISSION PRE-BORN INC?
Scope: We are seeking a Christ-loving, driven and results-oriented Clinic Executive Director to implement the policies and procedures approved by the Board of Directors within the parameters of the pregnancy clinic’s budget. Primary responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality, Christ-centered compassionate care to our clients. The primary areas of responsibility will be to provide visionary leadership and oversight for daily operation of clinic services. Duties include, but are not limited to administrative, development, and community relations/public relations.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with healthcare technology a plus.
- Ability to travel.
Leadership
- Maintain a strong working relationship with Senior Leadership to set and execute growth objectives, including service expansion and client acquisition strategies that align with Preborn!’s mission and long-term goals.
- Engage in effective hiring practices to ensure appropriate talent selection, organization and leadership for major areas of the clinic operation.
- Maintain a culture and climate that promotes retention and attracts and motivates a diverse staff of top-quality people.
- Lead and mentor the staff and volunteers, fostering a culture of collaboration and a spirit of excellence and high-performance.
- Set clear program and impact goals and metrics, and track progress towards achieving them. Ensure effective systems to regularly track progress, evaluate programs, and report/communicate impact to key stakeholders.
- Champion the mission and vision in the community and at relevant networking events to financial and volunteer support to advance the mission of Preborn!
- Partner with the National Director of Client Services and Executive Director to mobilize the team for fundraising initiatives, events and projects.
- Serve as thought leader by maintaining knowledge of trends, developments, new technologies, evidence-based practices and market conditions relevant to the landscape of life-affirming pregnancy centers and the pro-life movement.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, client flow optimization, and resource tracking/management to ensure efficient service delivery and compliance with policies, procedures.
- Managerial support, direction, supervision, training, routine meetings, and evaluation of the staff for maximum productivity in attainment of ministry goals excellently. Develop and implement scalable processes and workflows to optimize performance.
- Establish relevant metrics based on research initiatives for internal benchmarking. Oversee the compilation of statistical reports, accurate record keeping, and monthly reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) to Senior Leadership.
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership on annual budget that is presented to the board of directors for approval.
- Control expenditures for budgeted expenses, purchase requests, and accurate documentation of financial transactions.
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership to coordinate a yearly calendar, implementation of special events, annual reporting and development planning.
- Maintain and update policies and procedures manual for the operation of the clinic.
Development:
- Collaborate with the development and marketing teams to plan, conduct, and work to execute major fundraising events and direct mail pieces and newsletter each year.
- Cross-collaborate with respective teams to develop and execute programs to appeal to churches/mission boards for financial support.
- Cultivate donors to achieve their maximum commitment, meeting the annual ministry budget.
- Involvement with visibility, and possible expansion of the pregnancy center ministry. In the Christian secular communities.
- Obtain feedback and continually assess goals for establishment of effective ministry programs.
- Produce long and short-term objectives to accomplish the ministry goals. Of preborn!
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership team to produce a yearly development plan. For those objectives.
Donor Relations:
- Promote the clinics larger vision and mission that evangelism and life-affirming support are inseparable
- Educate and solicit the community, including churches, pastors. Community groups., as well as the professional community about the ministry with the goal of obtaining support and involvement.
- Promote the clinic through speaking engagements; e.g. churches, appropriate community networks, ministry venues.
- Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with pastors, churches, other ministries, and community organizations that meet client needs.
- Develop, oversee., and revised promotional materials.
- Work closely with the senior leadership. To promote. Public awareness. Of the ministry through advertisement, church presentations, grant writing, community organizations, and the like.
