This role offers the opportunity to work on high-level professional liability cases across various industries.Key Responsibilities : Defend professional liability claims, including Directors & Officers, Legal Malpractice, Errors & Omissions, and Architects & Engineers.Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.Advise clients on risk management and liability concerns.Manage multiple cases in a fast-paced litigation practice.Qualifications : 3–10 years of litigation experience, preferably in professional liability defense.Admission to the California Bar is required.Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.Experience handling insurance defense and professional malpractice claims is a plus.Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.Compensation : $140,000-$215,000 per year#J-18808-Ljbffr
