We are seeking a highly motivated attorney with broad experience in employment law to join our Employment and Labor practice group in Chicago, IL . The ideal candidate will have four or more years of experience, with a focus on employment counseling, alongside litigation and transactional work. Candidates should be experienced in advising clients on employment policies, statutory and regulatory compliance, and employment and separation agreements.
Responsibilities :
- Advise clients on employment policies and practices, statutory and regulatory compliance, and employment and separation agreements.
- Handle a combination of litigation, counseling, and transactional work within the employment law field.
- Mentor and assist in the development of junior associates.
- Demonstrate a high level of motivation, initiative, and strong work ethic.
