We are seeking highly qualified attorneys (law school class years 2019–2022) to join our IP Litigation team. Qualified applicants will have top law school credentials and significant IP / patent litigation experience. An undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, or similar disciplines is highly preferred. CAFC clerkship experience is a plus, as is familiarity with PTAB disputes.
Compensation :
- Base Salary : $260,000–$390,000, based on experience and qualifications.
- Bonus Structure : Performance-based discretionary bonuses, as well as comprehensive health and wellness benefits.
