This role will involve working closely with private equity fund and portfolio company clients, supporting key transaction documents, and playing a central role in client matters within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities :
- Draft and negotiate purchase and merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements, and other ancillary transaction documents.
- Provide ongoing legal support to private equity fund and portfolio company clients on day-to-day matters.
- Take a lead role in client matters, working closely with business teams and senior attorneys.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver exceptional service to clients.
