We are looking for a Transactional Employment Law Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our Denver office. The role involves supporting corporate transactions with employment-related due diligence, and employment agreements, and advising clients on a variety of employment law issues.
The ideal candidate has a passion for employment law and transactional work, with strong experience in corporate transactions, employee classification, and drafting employment agreements.
Compensation :
- Salary : $215,000 - $230,000 depending on experience.
- Bonuses : Hours-based and discretionary performance bonuses.
