Responsibilities :
- Office Management : Oversee daily operations, ensuring the office is organized, well-supplied, and running smoothly.
- HR Coordination : Manage human resources functions, including onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, and handling benefits administration.
- Financial Oversight : Oversee bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable / receivable, payroll, and billing. Prepare periodic financial reports for firm leadership.
- Vendor Relations : Handle relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring all office needs are met cost-effectively.
- Compliance & Policies : Implement and enforce office policies, maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and ensure confidentiality is upheld.
- Client Interaction : Serve as a welcoming point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and maintaining the firm's professional image.
