This role offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys and clients on commercial real estate transactions, from due diligence through closing and post-closing procedures.
Key Responsibilities :
- Draft transaction documentation and assist attorneys with post-closing work.
- Manage and coordinate transaction closings, including preparing and organizing closing binders.
- Review and summarize title insurance documentation and surveys for commercial real estate deals.
- Organize, proofread, and index legal documents, correspondence, and due diligence materials.
- Draft memorandums and maintain accurate case status records.
- Support special projects as assigned.
