Acute Care Nurse Leader

Key Responsibilities:

As a Registered Nurse at Mission Regional Medical Center, you will be part of a collaborative team that delivers high-quality patient care and promotes community well-being. Key responsibilities will include:

• Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
• Providing direct patient care and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient flow
• Directing and guiding patient/family teaching and mentoring nursing personnel
• Maintaining standards of care within the Medical/Surgical Unit

Required qualifications include a current and valid state RN License, a current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current, and a current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current preferred. Previous experience in Acute Care hospital settings and Ventilator Management is highly desirable. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree is also preferred.
