Registered Nurse- Rehabilitation Care Unit
About the Position
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team and make a meaningful contribution to the delivery of quality healthcare. As a member of our Rehabilitation Department, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
You will provide direct patient care within your scope of practice and direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel. You will also be responsible for maintaining standards of care in the Rehabilitation Department.
Requirements
You must have a current and valid state RN License and a current BLS (AHA) certificate. You should also have ACLS (AHA) certification within 30 days of hire. A Certified Rehab Registered Nurse (CRRN) or similar certification is preferred. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is also preferred. You should have knowledge of FIM score documentation.
