House Supervisor RN- Nursing Administration

The House Supervisor is a Registered Nurse who oversees the management of all department service functions on their shift. They make frequent rounds to monitor care delivery, ensure quality services, and direct patient care activities as needed.
This role involves direct supervision, support, and communication with all staff house-wide. In the absence of administrative staff, the supervisor assumes responsibility for all hospital services.
The ideal candidate will have one year of prior experience as a Supervisor and a minimum of three years of acute care nursing experience. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
