Job Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse at Mission Regional Medical Center, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient flow. You will also direct and guide patient/family teaching, mentor nursing personnel, and maintain standards of care within the Medical/Surgical Unit. To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
Candidates should hold a current and valid state RN License, a current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current, and a current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current preferred. Previous Acute Care hospital experience and Ventilator Management experience are preferred, as is a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
