Mission Regional Medical Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic NICU team.
As a Registered Nurse in our NICU, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch care to critically ill newborns and their families.
You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care, from stabilization through discharge, and support the growth and development of our tiny patients.
**Responsibilities and Qualifications**
- Deliver high-quality patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel.
- Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition and/or response to treatment.
- Maintain a safe environment for patients and visitors.
- Current and valid state RN License.
- Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- NRP (AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
- One year experience in an acute care setting with experience in nursery or NICU environment.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
