What are the responsibilities and job description for the Golf Pro Shop Attendant position at Mission Resort + Club?
Mission Resort is looking for a friendly and outgoing Pro Shop Attendant to service and sell products and services that the pro shop offers. If you are dedicated to providing outstanding customer service, including working with the guests by describing the details of the product and answering any questions they may have, this could be the job for you! Additional responsibilities will include making golf tee times, checking in golfers, selling pro shop merchandise, and delivering exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have golf knowledge, customer service skills, and knowledge of how to engage with guests and sell merchandise; be able to work various shifts, and be able to work under pressure. Ultimately, you’ll ensure an excellent experience for our guests.
