The Housekeeping Lead manages multiple facets of the Housekeeping Department ensuring high levels of guest service and product satisfaction by supervising the work activities of cleaning team members making sure the readiness for rental of clean, orderly, attractive hotel rooms.
If you have one or more years’ experience working in hotels or with institutional cleaning and know the importance of working hands-on along with staff and will train staff to maintain and exceed the level of cleanliness the hotel demands. If you have prompt and regular attendance with a love for providing an outstanding experience to guests this could be the job for you!
