Position Overview:
As an Outside Sales Representative at Mission Restoration, you will play a key role in connecting with potential clients, assessing their needs, and guiding them through the restoration process, you will ensure a smooth transition from client interest to project completion. You’ll also utilize your project management experience to oversee and coordinate the restoration process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients by conducting door-to-door outreach, networking, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Assess client needs and offer appropriate restoration and roofing solutions.
- Guide clients through the insurance claims process, helping them understand the steps and benefits.
- Oversee and manage restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide accurate, timely, and detailed documentation of all client interactions and project progress.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Prior experience in outside sales or customer service, preferably with door-to-door or direct sales experience.
- Project management experience in restoration is highly preferred.
- Experience handling insurance claims and knowledge of the restoration industry is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Ability to quickly establish rapport with clients and close sales.
- 1099 position (Independent Contractor).
