What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2pm-10pm Direct Care position at MISSION ROAD MINISTRIES?
Make a difference in someone's life. Consider Mission Road Ministries. We are seeking Residential Care Professionals-direct care to work in a residential setting. We provide pay training and weekly pay.
- Will be expected to drive a company vehicle upon meeting requirements.
- Demonstrate activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing to train residents in daily self-care practices.
- Converse with residents to reinforce positive behaviors and to promote social interaction.
- Serve meals and eat with residents to act as a role model
- Supervise, assist residents in punctual attendance of scheduled daily programs, i.e., school, church, therapy, group, art, and crafts, recreational activities
- Restrain disruptive residents to prevent injury to themselves and others, using prescribed methods.
- Adhere to Infection Control Protocols
*Drivers Licence Required*

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
