We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to help us keep our property in great condition. Ideal candidates enjoy working with their hands, are mechanically inclined, and have excellent customer service skills. This is an entry level position, and we are willing to train the right candidate! Maintenance experience is a plus.

The Job: Our Maintenance Technicians must be willing and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced, team environment. Maintenance Technicians may work with any of the following:
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Drywall
- Painting
- Appliances
- Exterior structures
- General Maintenance
- Customer Service
The Details: Our Service Technicians should have:
- Own a set of basic tools for maintenance work.
- Industry experience is a plus
- Team player
- Must be able to perform general/routine inspections and identify possible issues.
- Must be willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Must be able to apply efficient and effective solutions (ex: do the hard work now so you don't have to later)
- Must be able to work on a team and collaborate with others.
- Previous multifamily maintenance experience is preferred.
- HVAC and Pool certifications is a plus.
- On call for one week at a time rotating.
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday (7:30 am - 4:30 pm)
