Responsibilities
- Originate and close mortgage loans in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Evaluate loan applications and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process
- Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine the feasibility of granting loans
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and changes in the mortgage market
- Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and other team members to expedite the loan approval process
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data protection regulations
Requirements:
-Proficiency in contracts, banking procedures, basic math, and escrow
-Ability to perform 10-key typing accurately
-Solid understanding of math concepts
-Certification or successful completion of the NMLS Safe Test
