We are seeking Mortgage loan officers in your area to become part of Team Mission San Jose Mortgage.
Responsibilities:
Loan Officers who are able to advise borrowers on their financial status and payment methods.
Create a good relationship with their clients, to be able to guide them through the process of the loan application and the process of their loans.
File loan applications and supporting documents.
Be able to handle awkward situations or any complaints and take a professional and appropriate action to resolve them.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in finance, banking, or other related fields. Familiar with computers and Banking applications/Software.
Solid understanding in Direct/Indirect Lending Products and practices.
Excellent communication in general and interpersonal skills.
Must be NMLS Licensed
State Mortgage Loan Officer License

Licensed in multiple states such as, Alabama, California, Colorado, Arizona, Montana, Wyoming, New Mexico, North Carolina, Idaho, Ohio, Oregon, Washington, Texas, Georgia, and Florida.
Commission Structure:
Original MSJ -100-137.5 Bps
MSJ Pro - 175-200 Bps
Branch Original 225 Bps
Responsibilities
- Advise borrowers on financial status and payment methods
Guide customers through the loan application process
File loan applications and supporting documents
Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
Experience:
- Proven experience in loan processing or as a Loan Officer is preferred.
- Strong background in financial sales with demonstrated success in meeting sales targets.
- Proficiency in credit analysis and basic math skills is essential for evaluating client applications effectively.
- Familiarity with escrow processes and related documentation is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
