Responsibilities:
- Advise borrowers on financial status and payment options.
- Guide clients through the loan application and approval process.
- Prepare and file loan applications with supporting documents.
- Address client concerns professionally and resolve complaints.
Qualifications:
- Must Have: NMLS license and State Mortgage Loan Officer license.
- Fresh candidates are welcome to apply—we provide training to help you succeed.
- Prior experience in finance, banking, or related fields is a plus.
- Familiarity with direct/indirect lending products and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in credit analysis, financial sales, and loan processing.
