Mission San Jose Mortgage is hiring motivated individuals for a 1099 Mortgage Loan Officer role. This is a remote, commission-based position with free training, full mentorship, and access to top-tier support. Candidates must have passed the SAFE Exam to be considered.

Requirements:
- Passed the NMLS SAFE Exam (State license preferred or in process)

Compensation:
- Original Package
- 100 – 137.5 BPS per closed loan
- Free LOA, processing, marketing, and tech platform
- No monthly or processing fee
- Pro Package
- 175 – 200 BPS
- Free marketing
- LOA & processing support available at 25 BPS
- $75/month for the platform
- $895 processing fee per file
- Pro Plus Package
- 175 BPS
- Same as Pro with consistent BPS rate
- No monthly fee
- $895 processing fee
