Key Responsibilities:
- Originate and close mortgage loans while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
- Evaluate loan applications for accuracy and completeness
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the loan process
- Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to assess loan feasibility
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and market changes
- Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and team members to expedite loan approvals
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data protection regulations
Requirements:
- Proficiency in contracts, banking procedures, and basic math
- Certification or successful completion of the NMLS SAFE Test
