We are looking for an organized, proactive, and bilingual Marketing / Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role combines administrative tasks with marketing responsibilities, offering an exciting opportunity to grow in both areas while supporting a leading scaffolding plank company. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration and a passion for marketing, along with the ability to multitask and travel when needed.
Responsibilities :
Assist with social media management, content creation, and online marketing campaigns.
Help design promotional materials, advertisements, and marketing collateral.Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and outreach programs.Track and report on marketing campaign performance and provide insights for improvements.Assist with website updates and maintaining the company’s digital presence.Coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.Administrative Support :Manage the front desk, greet visitors, and answer phone calls professionally.
Provide general administrative support such as filing, document preparation, and maintaining office records.Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and managing appointments.Handle basic accounting and budgeting tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.Perform data entry, mail distribution, and general office organization.Additional Responsibilities :Assist with client communications, both in person and via phone or email.
Manage and update customer databases and mailing lists.Provide occasional support for other departments as needed.Travel up to 20% of the time for networking, sales calls, and marketing events.Qualifications :
Bilingual (English / Spanish) is required.Proven experience in administrative support, office management, or marketing.Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.Experience with social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing.Knowledge of marketing strategies and branding.Familiarity with QuickBooks or basic accounting practices (preferred).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.Comfortable with occasional weekend travel for marketing and networking purposes.High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.Preferred Skills :
2 years of administrative or office support experience.1 year of experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation.Strong understanding of marketing platforms and analytics.Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Work Schedule :
